Basic questions about us and our services
Who are we and what do we do?
We are Edmonton’s first live action escape game facility. We create immersive environments which players are required to solve puzzles, riddles, and use the surroundings to escape within the given time limit.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes or earlier than your scheduled start time. This allows our team to get everyone ready and possibly even start the room early.
What skills are required to participate in these rooms?
Our theme rooms are designed to require no special skills or knowledge, just basic reading, an open mind and a positive attitude.
Is there a minimum age to play?
We recommend participants to be ages 5 and up. If you are under the age of 18 you will require an adult to sign our waiver form on your behalf.
Do you offer gift cards?
All of our facilities are able to provide in store purchases of gift card.
Booking Questions
Questions about booking an escape room with us
Can I call-in to book?
Yes, you can make a booking by calling our facility or online through our website.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Calling our facility will allow our staff to help you make any adjustments to your booking.
Do I pay online or in person?
Players are not required to pay online. Upon arrival, forms of payment we accept are Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or cash.
Can I reserve a room for my party even though we do not fill the room?
Yes, please call in to allow our staff to block off any empty slots in your booking.
Do you offer corporate events and team building?
Definitely, please email us as we can provide you with our large party booking details and discounts.
Gameplay Questions
Questions about what to expect when you arrive
What are the time limits?
Dependent on the theme rooms, our time limit can vary from 30 to 60 minutes.
How many theme rooms are there and are they all the same?
Currently we have 3 theme rooms and we’ve designed every theme room to be completely different.
What if we are completely lost and have no idea what to do?
Our game masters will instruct players on how to request for hints and guidance.
Can I bring my cell phone in with me?
We do not allow any electronic devices such as cell phones, camera and smart watches in our theme room.
Will you tell us the answer if we didn't complete the room?
Dependent on your completion percentage, our game masters may or may not provide you with a complete walk through of the theme room.
