GENERAL  QUESTIONS

Who are we?

We’re a live action gaming facility

What do we do?

We create rooms for players to escape by solving puzzles, riddles and unlocking devices within a given time limit

When should I arrive?

Please come 15 mins before your scheduled start time. If you are late we may have to reduce your play time or cancel your booking.

What skills are required to participate in these rooms?

Basic reading, problem solving skills and a positive attitude

Is there a minimum age to play?

We recommend participants to be ages 5 and up (children 5 & under are free, please call us ahead of time to see if we can accommodate). If you’re under the age of 18 you may participate with adult consent (adult must sign the waiver in store on behalf of the child)

BOOKING INQUIRIES

Can I call-in to book?

Yes, you can make a booking via phone or online through our website. If you like taking risks, you could even try to just walk-in (although spots might not be available) We recommend that you book online or call in (please note our hours of operation before calling)

I always call, but no one answers?

Please note our hours of operations is not standard. Email is the best form of communication

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes you are able to cancel your booking (We recommend emailing) at least 24 hours before your booking unless there are any unforeseen circumstances

I dont have enough people to meet the number of recommended players, can I still book?

Yes, you may book as many as your party entails (up to 6). If your booking does not fill up the 6 spots, we do leave the remaining spots open for other participants to join outside of your party

Ive booked for 6 people, but 1 person cancelled do I have to cancel my whole booking?

No, as long as you have a group of 4 or more the booking does not need to be cancelled. You only pay for the participants who show up for the booking (call if you have less than 4 participants so that we can update our system for other people)

Can I pay online?

No, we take payment when you arrive at the time of your booking

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Interac, and Cash

Can I pick a specific themed room, after I have booked online?

No, your booking time predetermines your room theme.

Can we book rooms back to back?

You can, however we do not recommend it. We have had guests mention that they are mentally tired from absorbing all the information from each room after playing back to back

GAMEPLAY QUESTIONS

What are the time limits?

Depending on the room you’re in and the difficulty level, you get 30-60 minutes

How many rooms are there?

We currently have 4 rooms, but keep an eye out for us cause we’ll change them every 3-6 months

Are all the rooms the same?

No, each room will have its own theme, puzzles, riddles and locks

Is it possible to finish a room on the first try?

Most certainly! Our rooms are designed to be finished within the given amount of time.  You could even finish earlier depending on how fast you and your team work.

I have a group of 12 people, can we all start at the same time?

No, all our rooms are staggered so that we have enough game masters to provide clues, and to reset the rooms for future guest.

PRE-GAME QUESTIONS

Can I bring my cell phone in with me?

You cannot bring any electronic devices (phones, recording devices, smart watches etc) into the rooms, unless for medical reasons. In case of emergency, we can open the door for you whenever you need.

Can I take pictures in the room after I have participated?

No, however we do have signs you can take with your fellow participants in the lobby

Is there anywhere I can store my things when I am playing?

Yes, we provide lockers free of charge for each group (bringing big bags, laptops etc are not recommended as they are usually to big to fit with other participants belongings)

What if I need to use the bathroom in the middle of the game?

You can enter and leave your room as you please (from the door that you initially start from). Please note that we do not pause the game if you need to leave the room.

How should I prepare for the game? Should I bring anything with me?

No, we provide you with everything you need. All you need to bring is an open mind.

POST-GAME QUESTIONS

Can I take pictures in the room after I have participated?

No, however we do have signs you can take with your fellow participants in the lobby

Will you tell us how to solve the room if we didnt complete it?

We will not be providing information on how to break out of any of our rooms. Depending how far you get, it is under the game masters discretion if they choose to let you know all the answers

Do you offer Gift cards?

Yes we do! They are in-store purchases only

Do you offer food and/or beverages? Do you have space to host parties?

Unfortunately, due to the lack of space we do not offer any of the above
